Terms of service

This site lets you file a complaint or an appeal, request a service, and follow the case with the Addis Ababa Peace and Security Bureau. A report sent here has the same standing as one filed at the bureau.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit and for keeping the one-time codes sent to your phone private. Organizations act through the representative named in their authorization letter.

The bureau decides a complaint, an appeal, or a service request under the rules that apply to that case. A fee, where one is charged, does not by itself decide the outcome.

The Addis Ababa Peace and Security Bureau operates under the laws of the Addis Ababa City Administration and the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Where these terms and the law differ, the law applies.
